I made my own lunch
not only me, but my father, sister even my kitty likes this menu
I think this recipe is very easy for anyone
you just prepare the ingredients :
2 or 3 eggs
1 sausage
2 meat ball
champignon mushrooms
onion
green onion
mozzarella cheese
butter
salt and pepper
you just cut the ingredients as you like
fyi :I like small pieces
fry the ingredients (sausage,meat ball,mushroom,onion,green onion,mozzarella) with 1 tbs butter, add salt and pepper. Beat eggs in a bowl, finally add the beaten eggs into the ingredients, add a little water..stir until cooked
scramble eggs ready to be served
